Supervision: By MDs
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 4-5
Number of ORs: 6
EMR System: Medaxion

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Licenses: Candidates need PALS cert
