Assignment Dates: Jan 12 – May 10

Hours: ~40/week

Shift Options: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p

Scheduling: Auto-generated by software; specific shift times/days cannot be requested

Clinical Environment
• Operating Rooms: 11 (main OR) + 2 (ambulatory center)
• Daily Volume: ~50–60 cases/day
• Service Lines: Orthopedics & Ortho Trauma, General & General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner + SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Size: 317 beds
• Experience: Recent hospital experience required

Requirements & Credentials
• Certification: CRNA
• License: Arizona RN/CRNA license required by start (time to license available)
• DEA / CSR: Not required
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS
• Credentialing: ~30 days
