CRNA Needed in Arizona – Willing to License

Job description

Job Title: CRNA – Locum Tenens
Location: Bullhead City, AZ
Duration: Ongoing weekly coverage (specific dates available)
Schedule:

Scheduled shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
On-Call Requirements: Every 4th night (Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
No weekend call for CRNAs
Call response time: 20 minutes

Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Medaxion
Procedures Include:

Ortho, General, Outpatient, Light Peds, Vascular, Regional
Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
No OB or Trauma
Supervision by MDs
6 ORs, 4–5 providers per day

Board Certification Required: NBCRNA
State License Required: Arizona (open to licensing)
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
