Full Time CRNAs needed in AZ - March 2026 Start

Job description

We are seeking experienced CRNAs to join a dynamic anesthesia team in AZ, supporting a high-volume surgical center with a diverse case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs who enjoy autonomous practice and flexible scheduling, including daytime coverage, OB call, and potential night shifts.

Daily Coverage Model

OR Coverage: 6 CRNAs per day, Monday–Friday

OB Coverage: 1 CRNA floats during the day and takes primary OB call at night (post-call day off)

Secondary Call: 1 CRNA on secondary night call (no post-call day off)

Night Shift Integration: Potential for 1 provider to work 11pm–7am for a full week, Monday–Friday

Flexible providers needed to cover days, call, and possible night shifts

Case Types

Annual Volume: ~6,500 cases

Primary Cases: General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (~473 deliveries, 220 C-sections)

Other Cases: ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Healthy Pediatric (mainly ENT)

Regional Anesthesia

Blocks Performed: Epidurals, spinals, and ultrasound-guided anesthesia (must be proficient)

Occasional Blocks: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus

No nerve catheters required
