CRNA Needed in Flagstaff, AZ:
Start Date: Jan 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Shifts will be 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p or 3p-11p
Approx 40 hour per week
Cannot request shift times or days – schedule is created by a software that auto generates
Work Details:
Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
Practice Setting:
Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: CRNA
Certifications required: BLS or ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Active AZ License Required (We can help license!)
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
