Job description

Seeking an experienced CRNA for a PRN assignment in Arizona providing hospital-based anesthesia coverage throughout December and January. This role offers a strong team environment and exposure to a wide variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties.

Assignment Details:
- Start Dates: December 2025 – January 2026
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled, No Call
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days

Facility Overview:
- Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, and Endoscopy

Requirements:
- Certification: CRNA (Board Certified)
- Licensure: Arizona license
- Certifications: BLS or ACLS
- DEA/CSR: Not required
- Experience: Recent hospital-based anesthesia experience required

Practice Setting:
- Hospital environment with a full surgical team and diverse case mix
