Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide locum services at a 317-bed hospital in Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting January 12, 2025, and ongoing through May 10, 2025.
Job Details:

Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endo
Setting: Hospital with main OR and ambulatory center
Schedule: 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm, 7am-7pm, or 3pm-11pm (schedule auto-generated by software, no shift or day requests)
Weekly Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
OR Capacity: 11 ORs in main OR, 2 in ambulatory center
Daily Volume: 50-60 cases per day
Support: Hospital-based anesthesia team
EMR System: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Hospital Size: 317 beds
Interview Process: Phone interview with Dr. Weiss

Requirements:
Active CRNA Certification (Board-Certified)
State License in Arizona (required in hand)
BLS or ACLS Certification
Recent hospital experience required
DEA not required
CSR not required
