Locums CRNA needed in Arizona- Call Required

Schedule:
5, 8 Hour Day Shift
Call is Required
6 CRNAs/day in OR Mon-Fri
1 on OB float during day and primary call at night with post call day off
1 on secondary call at night no post call day off

Clinical Details:
Setting: Hospital and Acute Surgery center
Cases: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C- sections)
ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Healthy Peds 1+ mostly ENT
No nerve catheters
Most blocks performed - must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and ultrasound guided anesthesia
Occasional: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus
