CRNA Needed in AZ (will not license)
Job description
Start date: 3/17
Contract Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend
Shift Details: 40 hour work week (*Will ONLY consider candidates that can work every week, no part timers.)
Schedule: 6 CRNAs/day in OR Mon-Fri
-1 on OB float during day and primary call at night with post call day off
-1 on secondary call at night no post call day off
-There MAY be an integration of night shifts, 1 provider 11p-7a work a week straight of nights Mon-Fri
Work Details:
Case Types:
~6,500 cases annually
-Primarily: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C- sections)
-ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Healthy Peds 1+ mostly ENT
Regional Anesthesia:
-No nerve catheters
-Most blocks performed - must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and ultrasound guided anesthesia
-Occasional: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus
EMR: Cerner
Certifications:
-ACLS
-BLS
-PALS
Practice Setting:
• Hospital – Medical Center
Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• State license required: Yes
• Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
