CRNA needed in CA

Job description

CRNA needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing assignment available
Schedule: 8 or 12 hour shifts; 2 weeks per month minimum
Work details: Regional anesthesia, arterial lines & central lines; Ortho, general, GYN, urology, pain, dental, ENT, and endo

CA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
