CRNA Needed in Fontana & Ontario, CA

Job description

Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday - Sunday, 7a-5p, 11a-9p. 4x10’s weekly. Full Time availability.
Job Setting: Medical Center (providers will be working at different medical centers that are within driving distance).
Types of Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Urology, Neurology, Healthy Pediatrics (Ages 1-18), Thoracic, Labor and Delivery/C-Section (May consider providers that can’t do Thoracic, Neurology, Labor and Delivery/C Section). All Pediatric cases under 1 year old are handled by Pediatric Anesthesiologist.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications are required.
Must be Board Certified.
Licensure: Active California license is required.
