ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend, as needed
 Practice Description:
• Setting: Hospital
• Daily Responsibilities: General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Head and Neck, Thoracic. Will see Adults and Health Peds patients. Anything more acute will be handled by Pediatric Anesthesiologist. No OB – Work in OR at Hospital or Surgery Center (Attached to Hospitals)
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations:
o Monday – Friday Only – 8,10,12 hour shifts – will need to be flexible. 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a (Ideally someone that could help with the overnight shift is desirable but if they only want days and the afternoon/evening shift, that is acceptable as well.
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Variable depending on Room assignment.
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1:3 MD Supervision Model
