ASAP – 3 Months with option to extend, as needed
 Practice Description:
• Setting: Hospital
• Daily Responsibilities: General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Healthy Peds, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Int. Rad – OR Coverage only – no Labor and Deliver.
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations:
o Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p – Full Time – 8 Hours per day – 40 hours per week only
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Variable depending on Room assignment. Anywhere from 3-8 cases per day
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1:3 MD Supervision Model

• M-F 8 Hour Days, Preferred 7a-3:30p, swing shift option 3p-11p - HOT Opening, Will look at someone that has 4x10's
• No Call
• W-2 Locums Benefit eligibility
