Schedule: 7A-3P Sep 8-12, Sep 22-26, Oct 6-10, Oct 20-24, Nov 3-7, Nov 17-21

Can look at two providers to alternate weeks or one working every week (5 days a week). We will look at providers who will work 2 weeks on 2 weeks off as well. 0700-1500 (Monday-Friday). Opportunity for weekend call, call is negotiable depending on CRNA preference
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 7-10
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, spinal, regional, central line placement, arterial line placement

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Call Optional
