PRN CRNA needed in Durango, CO!

Job description

PRN coverage 1-3 days per week, must be local/within driving distance as PRN dates are not super advanced notice / starts as soon as credentialed
Weeknight Call starts at 5pm (typically around once per week, opportunity for more call in startup phase; very open)
Weekend call- all weekends open for call during start-up phase. Call needs starting 12:01AM 11/29 (Thanksgiving night through weekend)
***Facility only doing 8 hr./day guarantees at this site.***
7a-3/5pm Call hours 5p-7a
Schedule for Call ( Fairly open, rotation call 1:6 weeknight, 1:8 weekends)
Call response time 45 minutes

Support staff - 6 providers Mon-Thurs. 5 on Fridays
Daily Site- 6 Anesthesia sites Mon-Thurs. 5 Anesthesia Sites Friday
Case Types- roughly 7,000 cases per year, Mostly Ophthalmology, ENT, General Ortho- joint replacements, spines; also general urology, GYn, Ped Dental, Cosmetic & podiatry
Regional Blocks and airway skills are Required*** Brachial Plexus and lower extremity blocks mostly
CRNA & MD's work at same level
EMR- EPIC
Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified

***If OB NOT in the Case Mix, they don't necessarily require Spinal, Epidurals & Blocks. Note in the submission what provider is comfortable doing so we can ask Client to approve

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
