August 4-8 Coverage, shift from 7a-3p, call from 3p-7a.
All CRNA Practice
Type of Cases- Endo, Ortho, OB/ GYN, General, Very light healthy Peds, urology, dental
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient- Yes
Cred Timeframe- 30-60 days
Case Logs Required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Support Staff- 2 other providers (all CRNA practice)
EMR System- EPIC
Licensure- DEA, ACLS, PALS
