All CRNA Practice

Type of Cases- Endo, Ortho, OB/ GYN, General, Very light healthy Peds, urology, dental

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient- Yes

Number of Providers during the day: 2

Case Logs Required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Support Staff- 2 other providers (all CRNA practice)

EMR System- EPIC

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Other Licensure Requirements: DEA, ACLS, PALS

Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
