-Type of Cases- Endo, Ortho, OB/ GYN, General, Very light healthy Peds, urology, dental
-Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient- Yes
-Case Logs Required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
-Support Staff- 2 other providers (all CRNA practice)
-EMR System- EPIC
-Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
-Other Licensure Requirements: DEA, ACLS, PALS
-Must be Board Certified
