Cross credentialing: None 1 hospital
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Start: ASAP after credentialing
Shift: Variety of 12s on weekday/weekends and 24s on weekends. Either need a 12 hour pm person or a 24 hour person for the weekends Friday- 0700 AM Monday
Is this an Independent CRNA practice, Medical Direction, or Supervision model: Medical Direction
Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals: Yes to all
Types of cases: OB only
EMR: Meditech
