- Volume of OR cases per month or year: 1,600 per year.
- Pediatric/Adolescent/Adult/Geriatric: Adult.
- Board Certification Required: Yes.
- Experience requirements: 2 years of Experience.
- Must have clean MP.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week.
- Temporary/Emergency Privileging: Yes.
