Position Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Eye Center ASC – Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Thursdays only
Compensation: $200/hr. for 8 hours (guaranteed) Typical day 5-6hrs.
Experience: Eye Blocks (or willing to learn)

Malpractice Coverage: Occurrence-based coverage provided (no tail required)
