Schedule: Weekdays 9a-7p and 8a-4p; Weekends 12-hour shifts 7a-7p.
Cases: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab, ***NO OB***NO TRANSPLANTS***
Will not license
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days - ASAP
