Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
MD/CRNA Ratio: 1:4
Anesthesia Model: Supervision
Compensation: $210/hr + T&L (lodging/housing stipend $107/day, car rental/mileage stipend $250/week)
