Location: Macon, GA
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12 weeks
Work Schedule:
✔ 5x8s preferred or 4x10s available
✔ Regular hours required
✔ In-house call required, weeknight and weekend on-call optional
✔ Overtime available but not expected
Cases: Pediatrics, OB, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, General
Anesthesia Model: MD supervision (4:1 CRNA to MD ratio)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days for full privileges

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $200/hr + travel & lodging (mileage and lodging covered)
Lodging/Housing Stipend: $110/day
Car Rental/Mileage Stipend: $250/week

Licensing: Active GA license required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: Minimum 1 year required (no new grads)
Other: Board Certification required (no Board Eligible candidates)
