*Case Mix: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology

OB skills – blocks/epidurals - required.

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

EMR System: Medaxion

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Shift Schedule- Standard- 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
