🔹 Cases: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology
✅ Proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
📂 Case logs required
👨⚕️ MD supervision
⏳ Credentialing: 45–60 days
💲 $230/hr + T&L
