Schedule: 7a–3p

Call:
Weekday epidural call: 3p–7a
Weekend: epidural call only
Call rotation: 4 weeks on / 1 week off
Call response time: 20 minutes
Post-call day off included
Case Types: ENDO, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology
Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
Team Structure: 4 providers covering 5 ORs (MD supervision)
Charting: Medaxion (electronic)
Credentialing: 30–60 days | Temporary privileges available for clean files
Rate: $230/hr + travel & lodging

Requirements:
Active Georgia CRNA license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Case logs showing proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Clean background and malpractice history required for temps
Ability to take epidural call independently
