Job description

Schedule: 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts (7:00a – 3:30p, 7:00a – 5:30p, and 7:00a – 7:30p) Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
Setting: Hospital.
Required Procedures: General, Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal, Gynecology, Neurology, Ear, Nose and Throat, and Vascular cases. Regional Blocks are optional.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
Licensure: Active Hawaii license is required.
