Contract Length: 6-12 months (full-time only)
Shift: 40 hours/week (mix of 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, 24s); call required
Practice Setting: Level II Trauma, Hospital (Supervision Model: 4:1)
Cases: GYN, Ortho, Spine, Crani, Plastics, Healthy Peds, GI, Structural Hearts
Requirements: BC, DEA, CSR, 1+ year of experience (will consider 6 months)
Credentialing: 30-45 days (licensed), 90-120 days (non-licensed)
