CRNA needed in Boise, Idaho

Job description

Specialty: CRNA
Contract Length: Facility prefers 6–12 month contracts for ongoing, full-time coverage
Shift Details: 40 hours/week across variable shifts (8s, 10s, and 12s); OT after 45 hours/week
Call Requirements: 1 weekend call & 2 weeknight calls per month (option to swap 1 Sat + 1 Sun shift every 3 months in place of call)
Schedule: CRNAs receive a 6-week schedule in advance

Work Details:

Coverage Need: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Patient Population: 90%+ patients over age 12 (Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric)

Setting: 17 Main ORs, 7 Day Surgery ORs, plus Cath Labs, Endo, Specials, and Radiology

Procedures: Gyn, General, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, GI, Eyes, Plastics, Lungs, EP, Structural Hearts, Radiology, MRI. (No OB, open hearts, transplants, sick peds, or burns)

Trauma: Level II – must be comfortable

Skills: Spinal blocks required; arterial lines optional; no epidurals or central lines

Supervision Model: 4:1 CRNA-to-MD ratio; no independent cases at this campus

Practice Setting: Hospital
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

License: Will consider candidates open to obtaining a license

DEA/CSR: Required

Experience: Minimum 6 months; 1 year preferred

Credentialing Timeframe:

Licensed Candidates: 30–45 days

Unlicensed: Up to 90–120 days
