We’re working with a respected hospital in Idaho seeking full-time locum CRNA coverage to support a high-acuity surgical team. This is a long-term opportunity (6-12 months preferred) offering a flexible schedule, travel reimbursements, and exposure to a wide variety of cases. Multiple shift types available – great for CRNAs seeking a dynamic and engaging assignment!

Assignment Highlights:
Location: Idaho (no local candidates)

Setting: Hospital-based (17 main ORs + 7 day surgery + cath labs, endo, IR, etc.)

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (30–45 days w/ license; up to 120 if unlicensed)

Contract Length: 6–12 months preferred (continuous coverage)

Schedule & Call:
40 hours/week guaranteed – mix of 8s, 10s, 12s, plus a weekly 24-hr + 16-hr combo shift

Call: 1 weekend & 2 weeknights/month (option to work 1 Sat & Sun shift every 3 months in place of call)

6-week schedules provided in advance

Overtime: Paid after 40 hours/week

Clinical Scope:
Supervision Model: 4:1 (MD supervision); no regional/blocks, but CRNAs perform spinals

Patient Population: Mostly adolescents to geriatrics (90%+ over age 12)

Case Types: Gyn, general, ortho, spine, crani, lungs, GI, healthy peds, eye, plastics, structural heart, IR, EP, MRI

No OB, sick peds, open heart, or transplants

Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma

EMR: EPIC

Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA

Minimum Experience: 1 year (6 months may be considered)

Licensure: Open to licensing; DEA & CSR required

Name Clear Info Required: Full name, license status, NPI

Compensation & Perks:
Two Travel Reimbursement Options Available:

Option 1:

Up to $3,000/month for lodging

Up to $50/day for car rental

Flight reimbursement up to $500 RT (start & end of assignment)

Option 2:

$4,000/month all-inclusive stipend

Prorated for partial months or extended time off

Includes one reimbursed RT flight

Plus:

Scrubs provided

Supportive facility culture

OT paid after 40 hours/week
