Aya Locums is looking for a full-time CRNA locums opportunity with a mix of cases and flexible shift options? The role offers continuous coverage needs, a variety of case types, and a supportive anesthesia team in a hospital-based setting. Assignment Details:
• Contract Length: 6 months–1 year
• Shifts: 40 hours/week; mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts + one 24-hour + one 16-hour shift weekly
• Call Requirements:
o 1 weekend call shift/month
o 2 weeknight call shifts/month
o Option: work 1 Sat + 1 Sun shift every 3 months to replace a call shift
• Schedule: Provided in 6-week blocks
• Practice Setting: Hospital (17 MOR, 7 DSC, cath labs, endo, radiology)

Case Mix:
• General Surgery, GYN, Ortho, Spine, Crani, Plastics, Lungs
• Healthy Peds (90%+ over age 12), Eye, GI, Structural Hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional Radiology, MRI
• No OB, Burns, Transplants, Open Heart, or Sick Peds
• Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
• CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks; arterial lines occasional (not required); no epidurals or central lines

Practice Model:
• Supervision-based anesthesia model
• Epic EMR preferred
• Hospital size: 378 beds

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA required
• Licensing: Open to licensing – Idaho license, DEA, and CSR required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (will consider 6 months)
• Credentialing: 30–45 days if licensed; up to 90–120 days if not licensed
