CRNA Locum Opportunity – Idaho
Job description
Specialty: CRNA
Contract Length: 6 months – 1 year preferred (continuous full-time coverage)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s) + one 24-hour or 16-hour shift weekly
Call Requirement: 1 weekend call/month + 2 weeknight calls/month (option to swap with regular weekend shifts quarterly)
Credentialing: 30–45 days if licensed; up to 90–120 days if new license required

Wide case mix including general surgery, ortho, spine, neuro, plastics, GI, interventional radiology & more (no OB, transplants, or sick peds)
Collaborative supervision model (max 4:1 ratio) in a 378-bed hospital using EPIC EMR, with exposure to Level II Trauma
Work Details
Patient population: Adolescents to geriatrics (90%+ are 12+)
Hospital size: 378 beds, 17 MORs, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
Skills performed: Spinal blocks; occasional arterial lines (not required); no epidurals or central lines
Practice setting: Hospital-based, supervision model (independent option at nearby campus if OB included)
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA
Active Idaho license (or open to licensing)
DEA and CSR required
Minimum 1 year experience (6 months considered)
