Idaho CRNA Locum Opportunity – Critical Access Hospital

Job description

We have an upcoming CRNA locum assignment with a Critical Access Hospital in Idaho, starting October 20, 2025. This is a great opportunity for an experienced provider looking for a consistent block schedule and strong case variety.
Assignment Details:
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Contract Length: 3–6 months, with option to extend
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM (plus 24/7 beeper call during on weeks)
Call Back: Minimal, average 4–6 hours per 7 days
Cases Per Day: 5–7
Case Mix: General, Endo, Bariatrics (highest volume Tuesdays & Fridays)
Ages: Pediatrics through Geriatrics (90% Adults)
ORs: 2
EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
Must be able to support OB cases and be fully comfortable with epidurals – no exceptions
1–2 years of experience required
Not open to licensing – Active Idaho license required
