Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for a 3–6 month contract (with option to extend) at a critical access hospital in Northern Idaho. This assignment offers a unique two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off schedule, autonomy in practice, and the opportunity to work across a broad patient population.

Assignment Details
• Start: October 2025
• Contract length: 3–6 months, with option to extend
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Monday–Friday, 7a–2p, with 24/7 beeper call during scheduled weeks
• Call back: Minimal, averaging 4–6 hours over 7 days
• Highest case volume: Tuesdays and Fridays

Case Mix
• General surgery, endoscopy, bariatrics
• OB cases required (epidurals – must be comfortable, no exceptions)
• Ages: Pediatrics through geriatrics (90% adults)
• Average cases per day: 5–7

Practice Model
• Independent practice in a critical access hospital setting
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years required
• Must be proficient in OB anesthesia and epidurals
• State license: Must hold active Idaho license
