CRNA Locum – Idaho
• Facility: Critical Access Hospital
• Start Date: October 2025
• Contract: 3–6 months, with option to extend
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
o Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
o 24/7 beeper call (minimal call back, avg. 4–6 hrs/week)
• Case Mix: General, Endoscopy, Bariatrics
o 5–7 cases per day
o Highest volume on Tuesdays and Fridays
o Patient ages: Pediatrics through Geriatrics (90% Adults)
• Requirements:
o Must be able to support OB cases and be comfortable with epidurals (no exceptions)
o 1–2 years’ experience required
o Not willing to license
• Details: 2 ORs | EMR: Cerner

• 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• Case Mix: General, Endoscopy, Bariatrics
• EMR: Cerner
