Aya Locums is seeking a Board Certified CRNA to provide full-time locums coverage at a hospital in Idaho. This is a long-term assignment with a strong care team, diverse case exposure, and consistent scheduling.

Assignment Details
Schedule: Full-time only (40 hours/week). Mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s. 6 weeks in advance.
Shifts: Includes coverage for one 24-hour shift + one 16-hour shift per week.
Call: Required - 1 weekend call shift per month + 2 weeknight call shifts per month
Contract Length: Facility prefers 6 months–1 year, with potential for continuous coverage
Start: ASAP after credentialing - 30 to 45 days with active license; 90 to 120 days if licensing needed
Pay: $210 - $220/hour plus all travel covered

Hospital setting with 378 beds
17 Main ORs, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
Care Team Supervision Model (max 4:1 ratio)
Scrubs provided

Case Mix & Skills
GYN, General Surgery, Ortho, Spine, Crani, Plastics, Lungs, Healthy Peds, Eye, GI, Structural Hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional Radiology, MRI
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB
CRNAs perform spinal blocks; occasional opportunity for arterial lines (not required)
No epidurals, central lines, or regional blocks
