New Opportunity Located in Southwest ID with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity in Southwest Idaho. This assignment is best suited for providers seeking long-term, continuous coverage in a hospital setting with a wide variety of cases.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: As soon as credentialed
-Contract Length: Facility prefers 6–12 months (continuous coverage)
-Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
-Shift Details: 40 hours/week; mix of 8s, 10s, 12s, 24hr, and 16hr shift per week
-Call: Required – 1 weekend call shift/month + 2 weeknight call shifts/month
-May opt to work 1 Sat + 1 Sun regular shift every 3 months to replace one call requirement

Work Details
-Patient Population: Adolescent, child, adult, geriatric (90%+ are >12 years old)
-Hospital Level II Trauma
-EMR: Epic

Skills Required:
-Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, interventional radiology, MRI
-No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB
-CRNAs perform spinal blocks, occasional arterial lines (not required)

Practice Setting
-Hospital (supervision-based anesthesia, max 4:1 supervision ratio)

Requirements
-Board Certification: Required
-License: Open to licensing (ID license or willing to obtain)
-DEA & CSR: Required
-Experience: Minimum 1 year (will consider 6 months with strong background)
