Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide full-time anesthesia coverage at a hospital in Southwest Idaho. This facility offers a diverse surgical caseload across multiple operating rooms, cath labs, endoscopy, and interventional radiology, with a supportive care team and a flexible locum schedule.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year preferred, continuous coverage
• Coverage Type: On-site, full-time
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; shifts vary weekly between 8, 10, 12-hour, and 24+16-hour shifts
• Call: 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month (alternatives available)
• EMR: EPIC

Work Details
• Patient Population: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90% over age 12)
• Procedures/Skills Required: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI; Level II Trauma cases; CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks; no epidurals, central lines, burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Open to licensing
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Minimum Experience: 1 year (6 months considered minimum)
• Supervision Model: Maximum 4:1 ratio
