New Opportunity Located in Southwest ID with Aya Locums: CRNA

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA to provide full-time, long-term coverage at a hospital in Southwest Idaho. This role offers a highly collaborative environment with a strong anesthesia team and consistent scheduling, ideal for providers seeking stable, ongoing assignments.

Assignment Details
• Contract Length: 6 months–1 year preferred (continuous coverage)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (full-time only; no block scheduling)
• Shift Details: Mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, plus one 24-hour and one 16-hour shift per week
• Call: 1 weekend call shift/month + 2 weeknight call shifts/month (option to work one Sat & Sun shift every 3 months in place of a call shift)

Work Details
• Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills/Procedures: GYN, General Surgery, Ortho, Spine, Crani, Plastics, Lungs, Healthy Peds, Eye, GI, Structural Heart, EP, Endo, Interventional Radiology, MRI
 – No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB
 – Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
 – CRNAs do not perform regional blocks or epidurals; may do spinals and occasional arterial lines
• Supervision Model: Up to 4:1 ratio

• License: Open to licensing (ID license preferred)
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Required
• Minimum Experience: 1 year (will consider 6 months minimum)
