Setting: Hospital | EMR: EPIC

Looking for a long-term, full-time CRNA role with a supportive team and diverse case mix? This Idaho hospital is seeking continuous onsite coverage and is open to licensing qualified providers.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
 – Mix of 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, 24s
• Call: Required
• Patient population: Primarily adult (90%+ over age 12)
• Practice model: Supervised (max 4:1 ratio)
 – Option for independent model at nearby campus (includes OB)
• Procedures:
 – General, Ortho, Spine, Neuro/Crani, GI, Plastics, Eye, Healthy Peds, IR, EP, Endo, MRI, Structural Heart
 – No burns, transplants, sick peds, or open hearts, no epidurals
• License: Idaho or willing to license (facility supports licensing)
