Independent CRNA - No Call, No Weekends

Job description

Join a supportive, independent practice environment in ID, providing high-quality anesthesia care. This is a 1-year contract offering stability, autonomy, and a great work-life balance.

Position Details

Contract Length: 1 year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed

Call/Weekends: None

Practice Details

Setting: Hospital-based

Support Model: Independent CRNA practice — no direct MDA supervision

CRNAs perform their own pre-ops and regional blocks (encouraged but not required)

Physicians available for assistance if needed

Case Mix:

OB: 25–50% (must be comfortable with obstetrics; ~1,500 births/year)

OR: 50–75% (Ortho, GYN, ENT – healthy peds, 1–2 level back fusions, laminectomies, DaVinci GYN/Urology, Endo, Cardioversions, and Peds Dental)

EMR: EPIC

Hospital Size: 150 beds


Requirements

Certification: Board Certified CRNA (required)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Licensure: Open to licensing in Idaho

DEA & CSR: Required

Credentialing: ~30 days if licensed; up to 60–75 days if licensing needed

• 1 year assignment
• No Call , Willing to license
• Must be comfortable with no supervision/being independent
