Aya Locums is seeking a CRNA for full-time, long-term coverage at a hospital in Idaho. This role offers a diverse surgical mix, a consistent 40-hour workweek, and a supportive supervision-based anesthesia team. Not licensed? We can help!

Assignment Details
• Start Date: March 2026
• Contract Length: 6–12 months (continuous full-time coverage only)
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week with rotating 8s, 10s, 12s + one 24-hr and one 16-hr shift weekly
• Call: 1 weekend + 2 weeknight calls per month
• Schedule Release: Every 6 weeks

• Specialty: CRNA
• Patients: Mostly 12+ (adolescent, adult, geriatric)
• Cases: General, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, endo, IR, MRI
• Not Included: OB, sick peds, burns, open heart, transplants
• Skills: Spinal blocks; arterial lines optional
• Model: Supervision up to 4:1
• ORs: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials/cath/endo/radiology
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Size: 378 beds

• BC: Required
• License: Open to licensing
• DEA & CSR: Required
• Experience: Minimum 6 months+
• Credentialing: 30–45 days (licensed); 90–120 days (pending license)
