Schedule: 8a to 3p - Mon, Tues & Wed (May need to be available on Thursdays); No call required - Main hospital provides call coverage

Work Details:
· Beds in department: 150
· General Cases: Endo, Ortho, Dental, Ophthalmology

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· License required: Idaho
· DEA: Idaho

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP - emergency privileges available
