• Coverage Type: Scheduled
• Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00a–3:00p (occasional Thursday availability may be needed)
• Call: None — main hospital covers call

Requirements
• License: Idaho
• DEA: Idaho
• Credentialing: ASAP; emergency privileges available
