CRNA needed for Surgery Center in Chicago, IL! $225/hour+ Travel stipend!

Surgery Center still uses paper charting, while the main ORs (if they are utilized there) use Epic.

Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: early August
• Contract length: 26 weeks *Please do not submit someone for less than this, Rush is no longer consider 13 week contracts
• Full time Coverage - Must be able to do minimum 3 weeks/month, but 4 weeks/month highly preferred
• Shift times: 8-hour shifts are from 6a-2:30p with 30 minute unpaid lunch. Mon-Friday
• Credentialing timeframe: 4 months (if already IL licensed or IL licensure already in play, we can do 3.5 months turnaround)
• Experience required: 2 years. Epic experience required, in case they are floated to assist at the main ORs (however, the Surgery Center uses paper charting) . Must be okay with paper charting.
• Cases seen: 4 ORs- a lot of eye surgeries, pain cases (spine stimulator implant/removal, epidural injections), No blocks. Lower acuity of cases.
• Submission Note: Please send submission with a recent supervisory reference- Rush will contact them prior to offering.
• Willing to license? Willing to look at unlicensed candidates, but candidate must apply for IL licensure within 7 days of signing their offer
o We cannot consider candidates with expired IL licensures that need to be reinstated, as that turnaround time is exceeding 17 weeks currently with the IL Board
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· License required: No, but MUST apply for IL licensure within a week of accepting offer or they may be cancelled. this creates major delays with credentialing.
· DEA: No
· Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 3.5 - 4 months

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
