Start Date: Early August
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift: 4x10s (must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks/month, preferably 4)
Practice Setting: Hospital (Anesthesia Care Team Model)
Cases: MAC & General Anesthesia (No OB, Thoracic, or Hearts)
Requirements: BC, must apply for IL licensure within a week of offer acceptance
Credentialing: 3.5 - 4 months
