CRNA needed in IL:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts
Work details: MAC and General anesthesia. No need for familiarity with regional anesthesia, OB, Thoracic, or Hearts. Must have EPIC experience

IL License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 Months
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
