Assignment Details:
- Start Date: Flexible
- Minimum Commitment: Full-time preferred, but open to providers offering at least 1 full M–F week per month
- Team Model: Care team model – 3 CRNAs per 1 MD
- Support Staff: Anesthesia techs assist at the main hospital, especially for complex cases
- Average Daily Volume: 60 cases/day between main hospital and surgery center
- Facility Type: Hospital + Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Hospital Size: 140 beds, 9 ORs

Case Types:
- Ortho (high volume of total joints)
- General surgery
- OB
- Neuro
- Trauma (Level II)
- ENT
- Urology/Cystos
- Endoscopy
- Plastics
- Peds (low acuity only – healthy kids, no PICU, no NICU)

Notes:
- No cardiac (MDs handle all cardiac and blocks)
- No transplant
- No high-acuity peds or neonatal cases – infants with complications are transported out
- EMR: Allscripts (transitioning to Epic in 2026)

Experience / Skills:
- Open to new grads – strong support and training available
- Must be upfront about comfort level and limitations
- Preference given to candidates with broad case experience, but willing to train providers open to learning

Certifications Required:
- Board Certified (NBCRNA)
