Job description
We’re seeking an experienced CRNA for a 3x12s schedule at a leading academic hospital in Chicago. This is a dynamic, high-volume setting ideal for a provider comfortable in fast-paced OR environments. The initial contract is 13 weeks with potential to extend.

Stable 3x12s Schedule – Monday–Friday only, no weekends or call
Full Supervision – Work alongside 19–23 anesthesiologists; never independent
Academic Environment – 50+ anesthetizing sites daily with exposure to a wide case mix (General, Ortho, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, OB, Peds)
Key Details:
Start Date: Late October / Early November
Contract Length: 13 weeks, with strong likelihood to extend
Shifts: 7:00a–7:30p (30-min unpaid lunch), cases begin at 8:00a
Coverage Commitment: Must be available at least 3 weeks/month (4 preferred)
EMR: EPIC (must have 2+ years of recent EPIC experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; confident in large hospital/teaching settings
Orientation: Brief (1 day), may expand to 2–3 days
Important Notes:
Must provide all RTO upfront—no changes post-contract
Must submit one supervisor reference at time of submission (reference will be contacted)
IL License not required at submission, but must apply within 10 days of offer to avoid cancellation
Credentialing timeframe: 3.5–4 months
No DEA required
